A NEW RECIPE

The former kitchen was long overdue for a remodel to update its old bones. The grouted tile countertop had fallen off in parts. The paint on the plywood board cabinet were peeling. The floor was porous and accumulated grime over the years. With inadequate storage, pantry items were stacked on floor and on an island table shoved in a corner. A kitchen hood was also non-extant.

The ingredients for the new kitchen: bright and durable surfaces, two tone cabinets with a warm walnut base, patterned tiles for texture and increased storage in form of full height cabinet and pull out drawers.
